Bug fixes & enhancements

• We’ve made sure plugin processing doesn’t run for users without proper rights (like Authors). Less hassle, more control.
• The “optimized/not optimized” filter in the Media Library is now working as it should, even when the main image is excluded.
• Improved the comparator in the NextGen Gallery for a cleaner look.
• WPML users will notice fewer random optimization errors.
