Go to Settings > ShortPixel > AI Image SEO and you’ll unlock an entire panel of new SEO-related options:

• Enable AI Image SEO: Turn this on to unlock AI-powered SEO options for your images across the plugin. Prefer not to? Simply leave it off.
• Generate SEO data on upload: The moment you upload an image to your site, SPIO will generate alt tags, captions, and descriptions for you.
• Bulk processing support: Got a big library? No problem. Run bulk processing via Media > Bulk ShortPixel, and the AI will generate SEO data for your images.
• General site context: Give AI a “hint” and relevant data about your website, to adapt its outputs so they fit your brand and niche better.

• Fine-tuned controls: You decide the maximum character length, extra context, and type of metadata you want: alt tags, captions, or descriptions.

• Parent post/page title integration: SPIO can feed the parent page/post title to the AI for more context, making the generated data extra relevant.
• Language support: Choose the language you want your image SEO to be written in.
• Preview mode: Curious but not ready to give it a try? Test how AI-generated data looks before applying it.
