As a general rule, 1 credit equals 1 optimized image. For example, optimizing an image (with or without background removal) costs 1 credit, while optimizing an image with WebP or AVIF generation costs 3 credits.
And yes, it’s coming to SPIO
We’re also integrating this upgraded background removal into ShortPixel Image Optimizer (SPIO) soon, so you’ll be able to remove backgrounds right inside WordPress. No extra tools needed.
