If you use our
online image compressor, there is a possibility that you will encounter a strange problem: Your files are downloaded as TXT files or files without extension.
This is a rare problem that occurs on certain operating systems when image filenames contain spaces and/or special characters like ‘#’. To solve the problem, simply
rename your image file before uploading so that it does not contain spaces or special characters.
For example, rename featured image #CF7399.png to featured_image_CF7399.png.
