My Settings page is empty, what's happening?

If you are seeing something like this when going to Settings > ShortPixel or Settings > ShortPixel AI,

it is most probably a cache issue. Please make sure to clean your website cache: How to clear WordPress cache

If your settings page looks instead something like this,

or like this,

This is caused because of another plugin. Please deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one while refreshing the ShortPixel's settings page to find out which one is the "bad" plugin.
