ShortPixel Image Optimizer adds a new column to your Media Library that can be viewed in List mode.
There are some situations, though, where the column disappears all of a sudden. These are some possible causes:
- The plugin Admin Columns was installed: The “ShortPixel” column needs to be activated in the plugin settings to show up on the Media Library.
- Another image optimization plugin was installed and is hiding ShortPixel’s column: You’ll need to disable the other image optimization plugin and then the column should show up.
- The column was manually hidden: To display it back, navigate to Media Library > Screen Options in the top right corner, tick the “ShortPixel Compression” box and press the “Apply” button
