You can exclude images generated by the ACF cropping plugin (Advanced Custom Fields: Image Aspect Ratio Crop Field) by adding “_acf_cropped” as an excluded pattern under Settings > ShortPixel > Exclusions > Exclude patterns. Please note that you must enable Advanced Mode to access this setting.
