In order to check if ShortPixel Image Optimizer (SPIO) optimized your images, you need to navigate to Media > Library, select the List View and you should see a column with the optimization status (ShortPixel Compression).
If you want to compare our optimized image with your original, in the same page you need to click on the ☰ icon and click on Compare:
