I can't see any files or folders after connecting to Google Drive, why?
If you just connected to your Google Drive account, but you cannot see any files or folders from your ShortPixel dashboard...
...you probably forgot to enable the checkbox “See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files” upon linking Google Drive and ShortPixel. To solve this, first revoke the access to your account:
And then, link your account again, making sure to select the aforementioned box:
