If, for some reason, you want to exclude PDF files from being optimized, you can easily do it from ShortPixel’s settings.
Go to your WordPress dashboard, open the menu Settings > ShortPixel > Image Optimization and find the option “Optimize PDFs“. Make sure to disable it.
