If your subscription was created in 2019 or before<\/strong>, you must<\/strong> cancel it from your PayPal account. Please check the section “How to cancel an active PayPal subscription” below.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How to cancel your ShortPixel subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In order to cancel your active ShortPixel subscription, please follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in<\/a> to your ShortPixel account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. From the menu on the left, go to Billing<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the “Switch to free” button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    After cancellation, you can still use the remaining monthly credits until the billing cycle ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to cancel an active PayPal subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you used PayPal to subscribe to one of our plans before 2019<\/strong>, you can follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to your PayPal<\/a> account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Once logged in, click on the small gear icon on the upper right-hand corner of your screen to go to the Settings<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, click on “Payments<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    4. Under Automatic payments<\/em>, click “Manage automatic payments<\/strong>“.<\/p>

    5. Under the “Automatic Payments” header on the left-hand side of your screen, look for us. You will probably find the recurring payment\u00a0set up for “ID SCOUT SRL<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Next to “Status”, you’ll notice the word “ACTIVE” in green text. Click the “Cancel<\/strong>” button next to it to cancel your subscription.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      After cancelation, you can still use the remaining monthly credits until the next quota renewal is due. After that, your account will be reset to the free plan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
