These are some possible causes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The plugin\u00a0<em>Admin Columns<\/em>\u00a0was installed<\/strong>:\u00a0The &#8220;ShortPixel&#8221;\u00a0column needs to be activated in the plugin settings to show up on the Media Library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Another image optimization plugin was installed and is hiding ShortPixel&#8217;s column<\/strong>: You&#8217;ll need to disable the other image optimization plugin and then the column should show up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The column was manually hidden<\/strong>: To display it back, navigate to <em>Media Library<\/em> > <em>Screen Options<\/em> in the top right corner, tick the &#8220;<em>ShortPixel Compression<\/em>&#8221; box and press the &#8220;<em>Apply<\/em>&#8221; button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.shortpixel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/file-009p7D3kki.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kb.shortpixel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/file-7xB5BmBJiE.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ShortPixel Image Optimizer adds a new column to your Media Library that can be viewed in List mode.
