Make sure you <a href=\"https:\/\/shortpixel.com\/knowledge-base\/article\/ips-to-be-whitelisted\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/shortpixel.com\/knowledge-base\/article\/ips-to-be-whitelisted\/\" rel=\"noopener\">whitelist our IPs<\/a> from your security plugin(s), hosting\/server and CDN (if you use <strong>Cloudflare<\/strong>, please read <a href=\"https:\/\/shortpixel.com\/knowledge-base\/article\/cloudlfare\/\" rel=\"noopener\">this<\/a> article).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have some restrictive rules in your <code>.htaccess<\/code> file. You can quickly check if this is the reason for the problem by temporarily changing the name of the file to <code>.htaccess_tmp<\/code> and then try again to see if the plugin works better.
